We store your email address, the time of signup and the fact that you consented to this policy.
When we send out a newsletter, we also track open rates and unsubscriptions.
How long is it stored
This data is stored indefinitely, unless you request deletion.
Withdrawing consent
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe via the prominent unsubscribe link in any newsletter we send out.
Unsubscribing does not remove your email from our database but marks it as unsubscribed so you will no longer receive newsletters from us.

Technical Details and Third Party Data Processors
We use Amazon SES to send our newsletter and as such transmit your email address to Amazon to fascilitate delivery.

What to expect
We reply to support requests via email. This is facilitated via a third party tool called Helpscout which stores your data and information provided. You can read through their Terms of Services.
Depending on your query, we may forward your query to relevant third parties, such as our payment providers, platform partners or development partners.
